You can contact each property directly to schedule a tour. Most properties have an individual manager. Please note hours may vary due to the nature of our on-site resident manager's schedules and are by appointment only. Call, email or text the property your intersted to find a time that works for you!

Applications can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to complete, depending on your rental history, income verification, criminal and credit history.
The unit will be held in your name until the results are received.
We suggest you give your current/most recent landlords a heads up that they will be contacted by Advanced Reporting so they can provide a rental reference.
Please ensure their contact information is accurate to prevent delays.
Once approved, you'll have 24 hours to sign e-documents to not lose your place in line. If the lease is not signed within 24 hours, the unit will be open for others to apply to.
Per KBC's policy, any unit marked "available now" must have a lease start date with 48 hours of application approval.

Rent can be paid online within your tenant portal for free via e-check, with your checking account and routing numbers. For a fee, you can pay via debit or credit card as well. If you'd like to pay by check, please mail or deliver any checks to

An EMERGENCY situation includes issues such as fire, flooding and theft. It does NOT include lock-outs or routine maintenance concerns.
If you have an emergency relating to your KBC apartment, please pursue the following procedures:
If your emergency relates to FIRE, THEFT or other Police-related matters, please call 911.
If your emergency relates to flooding or immediate threats, other than those listed above:
Contact your Resident Manager. If your manager is not immediately reachable by phone, please leave a voice message indicating the nature of your emergency and directions on how to reach you.
Call KBC Management, Inc at (503) 227-0305 extension 9 and follow the instructions for leaving a message relating to your emergency.
PLEASE NOTE: non-emergency messages left on this extension will NOT be responded to as an emergency.

You may request a move out through your tenant portal under "contact us". Click HERE to login to your tenant portal. Please note, regardless of if your lease is a fixed term or a month to month, a 30 days notice is required.
You will need to request a move out, provide a 30 days notice, and pay 1.5x your monthly rent rate to end your lease early. Click HERE to review our lease canecllation policy.
